Ashley Judd’s Encounter With PlutoJuddAshleyImage

Last Tuesday actress Ashley Judd shared gruesome details about the 55 hour ordeal that followed an accident she suffered during the previous weekend. While on an expedition through the jungles of the Congo, Judd broke her leg in multiple places. She had to be carried out of the jungle in an improvised hammock and then transported to a hospital in South Africa on the back of a motorcycle.

Since we have a horoscope for Ashley Judd with a verified time of birth, (click of Ashley Judd to see the chart) It would be easy to write off this mishap as typical for an Sun sign Aries, but I wanted to see what else might have been going on at the time of the accident. I was hoping to get a more precise time for the event, but the best information I’ve been able to find simply says it happened over the weekend. Therefore, I did a chart for just after midnight on Sunday, Feb. 15.

Free Britney

I can’t say that I’m a fan of Britney Spears’ music but I did include a chapter about her in my book “Saturn Cycles: Mapping the Changes in Your Life.” Shortly after I finished that book and sent it off the publisher, Spears had her famous head-shaving breakdown. I’ve always regreted that I was unable to include the monumental changes in her life that followed that incident in the book.

Those changes included being put under a conservatorship in 2009 with her father serving as Spears’ legal guardian. Since then, Spears has thrived, at least as far as her career is concerned. She’s released several albums, all of which have been gobbled up by her legion of fans, and she has had a concert residence in Las Vegas. In the process, Spears has made millions of dollars. Of course, she also made millions of dollars for her father and other people involved in the conservatorship. (Click on Britney Spears to see the chart.)

Mitch McConnell’s Love TriangleMcConnellImage

Yesterday Mitch McConnell led Republicans in the Senate (most of them anyway) in the acquittal of Donald Trump in his second impeachment trial. Then, in a speech on the floor of the Senate, McConnell essential proclaimed that Trump was guilty of all the crimes of which he had been accused, and that he had not voted for the impeachment because of a technicality. That may sound a little crazy, but you do crazy things when you’re in love.

On the day that Trump supporters invaded the Capitol Building, Uranus was square Mitch McConnell’s natal Venus. (Click here to see a chart done for noon on Mitch McConnell’s date of birth.) This aspect often describes sudden and shocking events involving relationships or a loved one. Mitch McConnell loves the Senate. It is his “house.” He plays its arcane rules like a master musician and, a least for the last ten years, he has had absolute control over what happens within it walls.

On Jan. 9 McConnell watched as his beloved Senate Chamber was defiled by a bunch of rubes waving Trump flags and like any lover (and like any emotional Pisces) Mitch got mad. He wasted no time in calling out President Trump and expressing outrage at his actions. At first it seemed that McConnell might even be onboard with the House’s effort to impeach Donald Trump but Pisces folks are prone to changing their minds.

Following the Moon Feb. 11, 2021

We’ve gotten through another two weeks without a second insurrection. This is something I predicted in my analysis of the Full Moon chart for Jan. 28. (Click here to see the article and the chart.) On the other hand, I was wrong about good news about the economy. Of course, considering the grip that COVID 19 still has on the country, the absence of bad news might be considered good.

I was worried about the emphasis on the Eighth House in this Full Moon chart. The Eighth has to do with our debts, both financial and emotional. The financial part might be described by the COVID-relief bill that is working its way through congress. Though it’s badly needed, it will certainly increase the national debt.

The emotional part of this debt often involves obsessive thinking and sublimated anger. This was presented to us during this lunation period by the controversy involving congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, who proposed that threatening people’s lives was an example of free speech. That kind of thinking is feeding the Eighth House rage of a lot of people in the country.
